Once a month, I host a gentle online Healing Circle — a safe and nurturing space where we come together to breathe, release, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.
Each session offers a different theme — from healing emotional wounds like the mother or father wound, to calming anxiety, or releasing old patterns through simple, powerful practices like:
Guided meditation
EFT (emotional freedom technique / tapping)
Breathwork & body awareness
Meditative Yoga
Gentle sharing (optional)
You don’t need to speak, show your camera, or prepare anything. Just bring your presence, a quiet space, and a little openness.

These circles are offered with love. You can join for free, or contribute a small donation if you're able — to help keep this space open and flowing for others too.
